Salvatore Sinzieri and Christopher Mills have been close friends since their school days in Freeport, New York. They spent much of their time exploring the waters of Meadow Island and Zach's Bay on their jetskis and whalers, often discussing their future aspirations at Sal's family bay house, which still holds a special place in their hearts. The bay house remains an iconic landmark and can be seen from the east loop parkway towards Point Lookout. Salvatore's family moved to Naples, Florida, in 2003 and opened the popular Italian restaurant Mira Mare, which Chris has been enjoying for over 15 years.

Despite the distance, Sal and Chris's bond remained strong, and they continued to work towards their shared aspirations through weddings, business ventures, and family obligations. In March 2022, after four years of planning, Chris's brewery, Jones Beach Brewing Company, launched. Chris embarked on a trip down the coast, stopping at firehouses with his brewery's Muldowney Irish Red, discussing horseshoe crab awareness with Glenn Guarvy in Delaware Bay, and launching other beers at Sinzieri family restaurants in Naples, Florida.

The brewery's first year focused on water conservation and horseshoe crab preservation, in line with Chris's background in volunteer efforts. The company donated a portion of its initial sales to local organizations that share its mission of keeping Long Island's waterways safe and clean. Salvatore and Christopher plan to expand the brewery's reach along the eastern seaboard and support the financial independence of developmentally disabled adults through the sale of Smile Farms hot sauce.

To educate the public about their beers, Chris hosted a popup tasting, showcasing their Long Island-inspired offerings like Pencil Pilsner, Toasted Theatre, and The 1929 dark lager. Salvatore and Christopher's mission is to partner with organizations like Smile Farms, Tunnel to Towers, and ERDG to create a meaningful impact through volunteerism for causes they truly believe in and love.

New York residents' influx to Florida has surged in recent years, with over a 46% increase in migration. Christopher uses his experience in data analytics to understand the potential for success in combining New York farm brewery ingredients with authentic Italian cuisine. Salvatore and Christopher aim to make Jones Beach Brewing Company the preferred Long Island craft beer in Naples, Florida, and beyond, while still supporting the local breweries in the area they promote.
